The webinar programme.
Explore introductory notes. Live sessions and enrolment are in preparation.
From a need to a project
Listen to a request and turn it into a brief you can verify.
Start with a real situation
Describe who has the problem, when it occurs, and how it is handled today. Do not start with a technology you want to use at all costs.
Choose a first feature
Describe one useful task for the first version. List what is in scope and what is outside the project.
Define what success looks like
Write three observable acceptance checks. For example: a request can be saved, assigned, and retrieved by an authorised person.
Describe a real need and a first solution with just one workflow. Use fictional data without personal or client information.
Your first working prototype
Plan a clear screen flow and build a first version with AI.
Map the journey
List screens, actions, and the outcome of each step. Include empty states and errors.
Ask AI for small changes
Provide the brief and work on one feature at a time. Read changes before accepting them and preserve a working version.
Check generated work
Try every button. Use fictional data and never put keys or passwords in public code. A screen is not the same as a connected service.
Build a prototype to create, list, and view a request. Clearly label sample data and simulated actions.
Quality before delivery
Check permissions, data, accessibility, and error handling.
Check who can do what
Authorisation is enforced on the server, not by hiding a button. For a local prototype, list the controls missing before real use.
Try difficult cases
Empty fields, long text, bad data, interruptions, and duplicates. A failed request must not produce a false success message.
Make the app usable
Test keyboard navigation, field labels, contrast, small screens, and zoom. Ask someone else to complete the journey without instructions.
Review your prototype and document at least five issues, fixes, and how you checked the result again.
Demo, delivery, and collaboration
Present what you built and make it understandable to its users.
Show a result
Start with the original need and demonstrate the main feature. Separate working features from services or integrations still needed.
Prepare the handover
Document setup, configuration, external costs, backup, maintenance, and limitations. Agree on who handles the next steps.
Prepare a portfolio
Use a demonstration project with no confidential data. Describe your contribution and checks. A skills review comes before assignments.
Prepare a short demonstration and handover note. In this preview you can download them without sending them to the team.
Build for a client.
After the course and final project assessment, participants may be matched to suitable assignments. For each agreed service, 70% goes to the creator and Venture Formula receives a 30% commission.
Real assignments will appear when available. Reading these notes does not count as webinar attendance or qualification for assignments.
